Lenny’s love for music started early. By the age of seven, he was already exploring instruments, moving from piano to drums and eventually guitar. His deep connection to words and sound pushed him toward songwriting, and music became an outlet for him to process feelings and experiences in a way that was both healing and expressive.
When it comes to style, his sound can be described as a blend of bedroom pop, indie, alternative, and hip hop. He plays guitar, piano, and percussion, creating layers of instrumentation that make his music unique and versatile. His inspirations span a wide range, from Ruby Waters and Glgi Perez to Mac Miller, Marty O’Reily & the Old Soul Orchestra, Solomonophonic, Hozier, and Mo Lowda & the Humble.
So far, his journey has been rooted in bedroom studios, a space where he feels most at home. Lenny has spent the last three years writing and producing his first official project titled Falling in Love in Funny Hats, which is set to release in the spring. For him, this project represents countless hours of dedication and an opportunity to finally share his craft with the world.
Some of his most cherished memories as an artist come from the process itself; long nights with friends in dark rooms, creating something that didn’t exist before. These moments, though small, have defined his growth and remain his favorite part of being an artist.
At the moment, his full attention is on finishing Falling in Love in Funny Hats. He is also preparing for a busy stretch of live shows across Central Oregon, especially in the High-Desert around Bend. Alongside that, he has a track called Good Time set to release in September with his close friend and collaborator McCoy.
