Kobe didn’t hold back when asked about how good the Lakers could have been if Shaquille O’Neal took a bit better care of his body.
Former Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal have one of the most unique relationships in NBA history.
Kobe Bryant recently was interviewed by Patrick Bet-David during the PHP Agency Convention in Las Vegas, and spoke candidly about being around Shaq on the Lakers.
While speaking about Shaq, he noted that he and Shaq could have had many more rings if Shaq had more of a work ethic. Kobe said “I wish he was in the gym! I would’ve had 12 f*cking rings!”
Bryant and O’Neal feuded constantly while with the purple and gold, but still had nearly unparalleled success for the modern NBA together, going to four NBA Finals and winning their first three in a row.
