Hello, my name is Valon Tha Don, and i was born in Wilmington, DE and Raised in Raleigh, NC.
I love music because growing up, I always had trouble speaking on my emotions and feelings which could cause me to act out and music not only help me relax and get what I needed to say out but give me closure afterwards Also growing up with my 2 older brothers that’s how we connected and bonded what can I say Hip Hop raised me.
What makes me different as an artist is my versatile ear for music I can legit create anything and with the gift God gave me it would not only show relation but it will literally speak to the listener my ability to paint pictures with words is what separates me from your average. But most importantly is my Voice the hunger in my voice between the country tone and twang in my voice with that east coast lyricism and the ability to match any flow pattern creates a walking playlist and i love it because God gave me that.
In another 5 years I see myself on the biggest platforms,TV screens, Commercials,Movies, you name it I truly live to entertain plus I love to write, so me writing out soundtracks for popular movies and starring in them is definitely in my near future. Also hitting Billboard top 100 and i mean at the top, like 20 and above. I know greatness takes time, Rome wasn’t built in a day but I’m definitely carrying the torch to get my goals met for sure.
What I want to accomplish in life is truly an endless scroll, but to simplify it all I want to impact the world and let people see out of the eyes of a kid who sat in the back hiding his pain behind jokes.
What I bring to the music world is, authenticity a vibe with a story to go with it. I’m here to make you laugh, cry, smile, motivate you name it. I wanna shake up the outlook on the industry and show you can be lyrical and still have fun, you can actually put words in to that mumble rap culture. You can speak on more than just the streets and be from the streets. There is truly more to life than where you were brought up and I’m here to show that.
I want to be remembered by my passion. My energy, my heart, my work ethic , my vision Is all worth remembering because I’m not like anyone else I stand in a lane of my own.
