“Rasta Foreign“ “Baton Rouge , Louisiana ” I love music because it makes me happy ..an it’s also away to make other people happy or sad depending on the mood they wanna be in ..I get a different emotion off every song I hear ..it lifts me up whenever I feel down ..it’s my PEACE an MOTIVATION .!! What makes me different as a artist I believe is the fact that I can do all genres of music , i also can make songs the same as any artist ..which is what most artist can’t do …I can’t just rap or keep myself in a box when I’m making a song ..I have to go different directions when I’m making music. An if I feel I can’t then ..we’ll simple ..I learn how to ..so the word CANT shouldn’t even come up .💪🏽 In five years I see myself doin what I love , making music an making people happy from my music ..showing them all my gifts dat GOD gave me an spreading peace to the world.❤️
What I want to accomplish in life is to be able to change the generation of my family ..I want to be the person that left a mark on this earth an in a lot of peoples hearts ..to stand for something when I’m gone ..& not just gone an forgotten 🙏🏽 what I bring to the music world is .. ima say “ self esteem” it may sound crazy but a lot of people don’t have that an are afraid to be there selves ..having self esteem will have you believing in yourself more and not worrying what anyone thinks about you , and can also give u power ,wisdom an knowledge dat you didn’t even kno u had.
I want to be remembered by my artist name “rasta foreign” because dat stands for my look an my image rasta meaning my hair an swag ..but foreign meaning I’m very different an also good at standing out being considered as someone not from where I was born. And my real name Trelson Brown” cus I’m the only one in the world with that name an it says a lot 🙌🏽 which will be even more spectacular when I start my growth process an fulfilling my dreams.
More importantly doe music gives me the ability to change the world .. one section at a time. It’s basically therapy an good for the soul. It helps with dealing with life itself which is what half the people in the world have trouble conquering at times. So me bein able to make music an also lift sumone when there feeling down an just wanna be in a certain mood or vibe is beautiful to me . Some folks like music that puts them in a down mood ..which I can understand cause it’s also a healing process .. gettin the things that’s on your mind out of there an thus making u feel 100% better. I’m not the best artist an I’m not tryna be. i just wanna be able to give you a vibe or a feeling that makes u feel good whenever people Liston to me. I don’t really have a favorite artist or a top 10 or anything because I literally love everyone.
No artist is better then the next artist because what that artist can do u can’t do like him ..u can but not entirely ..his voice is his voice ..that’s like the way people make covers of other songs an sometimes the song sounds better from othet people just hearin it from another artist can give u a diffrent feeling. Sam smith song “ stay with me” I love it ..there’s a live version with him an Mary j blige singing it an I fell in love with her version of it because it also gives me another vibe ..it gives me the feeling I like when she sings it ..an when Sam smith sings it I like it even more because it’s coming from his point of view..so that’s basically me an my understanding of me as an artist doe..I just Love music ..I breath it ..I sleep it ..it’s also a way for me to praise GOD!! So that’s even better.
