DUMAS, Ark. – Rising Arkansas rapper Jrisky400, known to fans as “Risky,” is carving out a place in the hip-hop scene with a style as raw as the life experiences that shaped him. Growing up in Dumas, a small town in Desha County, Risky discovered rap at age 14 through his brother — and immediately fell in love with the craft.
“I think I stand out with my unique style of rap,” Risky said. “My brother got me into it, and I’ve been chasing it ever since.”
Risky’s music is forged from real struggle. Having faced jail time, family hardships, and heartbreak, his lyrics deliver unfiltered authenticity. He recently dropped his latest track, Burning Thru Da Mic, and is currently working on a full album while performing at more shows.
