Miss Nana, his cousin, and mentor helped him navigate what would serve as his introduction to a bigger platform. Fortunately for Preme, NaNa’s DJ didn’t show up for his set. Not only was Preme able to step in, but he also dominated the tables.” DJ Preme” was born and he never looked back.
His prominence accumulated through underground shows, pool parties, and then bigger events. Favored by industry elites like Drake, Diddy, and 59 Cebt, he booked major tours both nationally and internationally; including Dubai, Thailand, Canada, and Mexico. Naturally, he became a staple addition to radio and television appearances. His debut on the legendary 106 & Park solidified reoccurring opportunities on BET Network.
