“I love and care a lot about what I do. I feel like a lot of people just try to do it for recognition, money, or to be popular in today’s world. I do what I do because I want to be the best that I can be.”
It is this attitude that is set to launch Pent ahead of the rest, and why he is striking such a chord with fans. Because he’s not driven by ego, he is able to take advice and feedback from top artists today, which in turn has helped him to grow as an artist.
In turn, he has some advice of his own to those coming up today. He stresses the importance of drowning out the outside noise, and putting aside all distractions and nonsense. He knows how important focus is, and indicates that there will always be another party to attend, but the right opportunities might not materialize more than once. Pent notes that it might only take 6 months to a year of laser focus, but that that time period can change your life immensely if done right.
Despite his can-do attitude and rock-solid work ethic, Pent acknowledges the obstacles and setbacks common in the industry. In order to deal with stress and burnout, Pent often takes a quick getaway to clear his mind. He explains that disconnecting for just a few days can work wonders for the mind, and loves visiting warm and tropical locations. Not to mention, weekly massages help keep his stress in check, and it’s a great way to take care of both his mind and body at the same time.
