Ariel Gorelik and Myle: The Perfect Merger of Technology, Innovation and Sustainability

Ariel Gorelik is a serial entrepreneur with decades of entrepreneurial experience. He shares a profound passion for innovation, which led him to focus on his lifetime ambition of establishing a company focused on delivering products where the matrix of technology, innovation and sustainability meet. Ariel wanted to set up a firm that would help serve an unmet need for smokers who wanted products that could help them decrease their reliance on combustible cigarettes. Ariel’s success in developing a well-received product led to early market domination and the creation of one of the most popular brands in the vaping industry, MYLÉ, and his second company Kyle, which became recognized as a hardware technology company supplying the CBD and THC industries and offering yet another feasible alternative to vapers.

One of Ariel’s notable successes is how he has been able to grow a company in what is now a heavily regulated industry. MYLÉ is now one of the top names in the sector with leading products that have been recognized despite being in an industry that has continually developed into a more regulated environment, particularly over the past five to seven years. Despite the challenges, Ariel and his company have been market leaders, setting standards for adhering to what the regulatory agencies have ultimately requested of companies in the sector.

Ariel describes the industry as a road not for the faint of heart as companies cannot even advertise their products on TV, the radio, or – in  many places in the world–, not even in the store windows of vape shops. But despite the limited exposure, MYLÉ has experienced constant growth thanks to the product’s viability and reception from smokers who see its value in decreasing the reliance on combustible cigarettes.

Ariel highlights that one of the most important pieces of ammo is not only what has been done in the past but what must be done in the future. This comes with expansion, both personally and professionally, and transformation. Ariel adds that transformation differs from change, with change being reactive while transformation is active. Ariel now wants MYLÉ to be even more active and one of the companies that transforms the older, more staid tobacco industry into something radically transformative on a global level.

Each industry needs to drive sustainable growth for the planet; accordingly, this means reducing not just harm to people but also the planet. Vapor companies need to establish good waste and recycling programs and establish carbon neutrality as they grow. There are boundless opportunities to drive e-commerce transformation and social transformation from technology to efficiency in one’s personal life and one’s corporate life. Past successes are great, but Ariel is now focussing on discussing future successes and what those will look like. Ariel believes the ability to do this is one of the most important hallmarks of true corporate responsibility and wants to help his companies accomplish such transformation amid their expansion.

Moving forward, Ariel would like to see his company scale and impact billions of lives worldwide and people in all different spheres of life, from smokers to his employees. He is driven by John F. Kennedy’s words, “One man can make a difference, and everyone should try.” Ariel’s dreams and aspirations are to continue his efforts to grow and reach every corner of the globe; it is  also his wish to grow and see his products assist global humanitarian needs by reaching out to those in need.
