Rapper, business mogul and philanthropist, Curtis James Jackson III owns exclusive use of the name 50 Cent and Mrs. 50 Cent. We sat down with the First Lady of G-Unit, Mrs. 50 Cent, to obtain updates on projects and the status of their legal suits.
How did you get the name Mrs. 50 Cent?
50 Cent obviously gave me use of the name Mrs. 50 Cent, without his permission I would only be The Mrs. I have publicly used it for almost 5-years. I am legally doing business as Mrs. 50 Cent, but 50 Cent owns the brand. I have a Mrs. 50 Cent credit card and everything. At any time 50 Cent can tell me to stop using Mrs. 50 Cent.
I have followed you on social media and heard you and 50 Cent had multiple attempts to go public with Mrs. 50 Cent. The most recent was New Year’s Eve 2024 at Planet Hollywood during his Las Vegas Residency. Why didn’t that happen and what’s the next move for your official public debut?
It’s an honor to be named as Mrs. 50 Cent. I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Someone has sabotaged 50 Cent by preventing me from obtaining access to 50 Cent on the dates of our public announcements. 50 Cent and I have a contract agreement, and it appears as if I violated the contract. However, I was sabotaged and prohibited from publicly appearing to be publicly announced at big events.
I heard the settlement agreement will be in the 8-figure range?
Yes, it is looking like it will be in that range.
Wow! That’s an astronomical figure for a new artist! I’m not saying you’re not worth it but that’s not the normal range for a new artist.
At the Final Lap Tour at the Barclay Center, 50 Cent and I planned for us to go public at the after parties, after the meet and greets on August 9, 2023. RNC Entertainment did not give me my wristband for VIP backstage access. On August 10, 2023 I was prevented from having access to Thing 50, once again by venue security. They claimed that RNC Entertainment stated 50 Cent wasn’t doing any more meet and greets. My track debuted on Eminem Shade 45 and charted to number 1 on Itunes that same day and I topped Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat and Ice Spice. It would have been the perfect time for the public announcement! I patiently kept promoting Mrs. 50 Cent until the next planned event, but all events were sabotaged.

50 Cent planned for you to go public how many times?
50 Cent intended to publicly announce me during the Final Lap Tour August 09, 2023, August 10, 2023 in New York, Phoenix, Arizona on March 3, 2023 and the 3rd time was planned to be opening night December 26, 2024 at his residency at Planet Hollywood.
What prevented this from happening?
Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Rock N Concepts Entertainment, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, Hotel and Casinos, Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casinos/ Ceasar’s Entertainment all contributed to sabotaging my debut. 50 Cent and I both experienced damages. My big debuts were undermined. No one in the G-Unit camp is directly involved but since 50 Cent hired RNC Entertainment and I was damaged as a result of that, 50 Cent and I are agreeing to reach a settlement. Then I will assist him with moving forward with suing all liable corporations.
Once the settlement is negotiated, will everything be good to go public?
Marketing is all about timing and by the time the negotiations are completed, it may not be the best time for my debut. Also, the surprise element of announcing Mrs. 50 Cent has been ruined. 50 Cent will file a lawsuit against all corporations that are liable. We must reformulate a debut. They ruined my Christmas and New Year! They ruined everything. I was supposed to join the tour in New York after the debut. I was supposed to be part of many projects proceeding the public announcement of Mrs. 50 Cent. The perpetrators even got police involved so there is police video evidence of me being placed in a police car, escorted off premises and people committing heinous illegal acts against us on multiple occasions, there are witnesses, footage from the hotels, text messages, emails and more as evidence.
Sounds like 50 Cent will receive a huge settlement too after all the wrongdoing.
Yes, he has lost 9-10 figures or more as a result of not debuting Mrs. 50 Cent. In Las Vegas, he was so tormented and discombobulated over what happened to me. It even had a negative effect on his psyche and performance the first night. What was supposed to be the best time to celebrate New Year’s Eve by announcing Mrs. 50 Cent and beginning the New Year with a celebratory announcement became classified as a “low energy performance” and a negative review went viral. It tarnished his impeccable reputation for outstanding performances because he literally was so distraught. 50 Cent and the Mrs. 50 Cent brand have been sabotaged. Sabotage happens in the industry but oftentimes it’s hard to prove, but in 2023 it was blatantly obvious. 50 Cent was planning to release merchandise, Mrs. 50 Cent Hot Topics, a fact vs fiction reality-based television show, a book “God’s Child Satan’s Angel”, a soundtrack, album, a fitness series about my weight loss journey, travel events, and so many other projects lined up for the Mrs. 50 Cent brand.
Is there anything else you would like the public to know?
Yes, 50 Cent not going public with Mrs. 50 Cent also made it difficult for me to get out of involuntary commitments to 5- psych hospitals. My legal rights were terminated. I unknowingly came in contact with an unknown substance, it induced a temporary state of psychosis. This started only after I reconnected with 50 Cent. Before then, I had never been in any psychiatric crisis and it does not run in my family. I am a world renown licensed psychotherapist and am very credible. I have obtained top level security clearance with the Secretary of Defense to counsel top level government personnel. I believe if I didn’t know how to get out of the involuntary psych holds I would have ended up like Wendy Williams, trapped in a luxury prison. The hospital injected me with substances, thought I was delusion about being Mrs. 50 Cent and a licensed psychotherapist. It was also very damaging.
That’s very interesting, you said you reconnected with 50 Cent? When did you first meet?
Our first interactions started in the late 1990’s in Houston, TX while I was working for MTV. I recognized 50 Cent’s talent at the time. So, I introduced him to A/R representatives from record labels and Matthew Knowles, Beyonce’s father and former manager. From there 50 Cent was able to secure a record deal with Columbia Records and a feature with Destiny’s Child (Beyonce’s former girl group). They finished a track called “Thug Love” but 50 Cent was shot 9-times in New York before it was released. There are a lot of people trying to completely sabotage 50 Cent and Mrs. 50 Cent. I am very optimistic this lawsuit is going to help 50 Cent allow Mrs. 50 Cent to finally make her public debut as the First Lady of G-Unit. 50 Cent will take the lead and ride shotgun!
One last question, you often refer to 50 Cent as your husband, but he denies being married. Are you hoping to marry 50 Cent?
We are spiritually married as of April 23, 2020, and yes, I definitely see our legal union in Texas as common law. We will only tell an attorney, live together and it’s official. With all the drama going on I don’t want anything public or in writing at this time. I’m a plus size female fan and became The First Lady of G-Unit! Many other female fans claim my husband as their husband, and I don’t mind. They can pretend to be Mrs. 50 Cent all they want! It does more for the Mrs. 50 Cent brand name. We will sell T-Shirts on G-Unit Brands.com that says “I’m The Mrs. 50 Cent!” I know they will sell out! So many women fantasize about my husband.
